In order to be respectful of the needs of other clients and avoid cancellation fees, It is require that you provide a notice of your cancellation, reschedule or appointment adjustments, a minimum of 48 hours in advance from your scheduled appointment time. Your appointment can only be rescheduled 48 hours in advanced, anything less will result in a cancellation and a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services. T A R D I N E S S | Being on time to your appointment is extremely important. It is imperative that you, the client, are to arrive at your appointment no earlier than 5 minutes and NO LATER than 15 minutes. There is a late policy in place to protect my time and yours. All clients must be seated in my chair before the 10th minute to prevent being charged, any minute later will result in the fee. 10 minutes late results in a $15 NON-NEGOTIABLE fee, and 15 minutes late results in an AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED APPOINTMENT. Arrive at the 15th minute or later will result in a cancelation. NO SHOW NO CALL | All no show and no call’s will result in an automatic BAN from my website and booking.
